Melissa reviews your architectural plans in advance, then meets with you one-on-one to discuss layout, flow, functionality and the key design decisions that will shape your home long-term.

After each session, you’ll receive a concise summary with key recommendations, priority action items and suggested next steps based on the current phase of rebuilding.
Additional Design Review Guidance
These focused consultations are booked in two-hour increments and provide ongoing support throughout the rebuilding process.
We select all of the furnishings, from upholstery to dining chairs, incorporating heirloom pieces along the way. At the end, our styling team comes in for the finishing touches.
We’ll work with you to choose materials and placement for your exterior elevations, as well as choosing all interior finishes, from hardwood to grout color
